These terms cover your use of diamondtireanddumpsters.com and any dumpster rental you arrange with Diamond Tire and Dumpsters through it. Using the site means you accept them.
About this site
The pages here describe container sizes, the materials we accept and the areas we serve. They are general information, not an offer or a contract. Your rental is agreed when we confirm it with you directly.
Quotes and bookings
Nothing on this site is a quote. We quote a job only after we know the container size, the material going in, the delivery address and how long you need it. Availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for a clear, firm and legal placement spot, for any permit the street or the property requires, and for keeping prohibited materials out of the container. Loads must sit level with the top rail so the container can be hauled safely.
Prohibited materials
Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paint, oil, batteries, tyres, asbestos, appliances containing refrigerant and other regulated items may not be placed in a container. Ask us before you load anything you are unsure about.
Delivery and pickup
We schedule delivery and pickup with you. If the driver cannot reach the placement spot, or the container is blocked, overloaded or unsafe to haul on arrival, we will contact you to reschedule.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for damage to driveways, kerbs, lawns or utilities caused by placing or removing a container at the spot you selected, nor for anything you throw away by mistake.
